Grooming Policy
| Meeting the
needs of both our human and canine clients is our objective. We
will do everything we can to schedule an appointment that is as close to
the time you have requested. Please understand, that there will be
times, unfortunately, when we will not be able to accommodate your first
choice. Our grooming policy is very important and adhering to it
is a courtesy to all. Please respect the following guidlines:

| 1. | A responsible adult must be present at all times during grooming. |
| 2. | Your dog must arrive on time, freshly brushed and fluff dried. |
| 3. | Nails trimmed prior to your arrival. |
| 4. | Whiskers removed prior to arrival if that is your desire. |
| 5. | Payment is determined by the length of time your dog is groomed. |
| 6. | The rate is $75.00 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum. |
| 7. | Payment is to be made upon completion of services. |
| 8. | We now accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. |
